Tip: Mix Luster™ Powders with to create unlimited shades of beautiful, dynamic, liquid liners or paint. Then spray lightly with Setting Spray to seal the makeup for a smudge proof finish. For a more subtle shimmer effect, mix Luster™ powders with a bit of matte translucent powder.
